Deleting your data

You can remove 3rd Hand's access to any connected account, and have the data we pulled from it deleted, at any time. Here is how.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads)

In 3rd Hand, open your account screen and choose Disconnect Meta (or Removenext to an ad account). We delete that account's data and our access token immediately.
To also end access on Meta's side: in Meta Business Settings, remove 3rd Hand under Integrations (business integrations), or remove our business from the ad account's Partners if you shared it that way.

Klaviyo

In 3rd Hand, choose Disconnect Klaviyo. We revoke our access with Klaviyo and delete the data we pulled, immediately.

Shopify

Uninstall the 3rd Hand app from your Shopify admin. Shopify notifies us and we delete that store's data.

Everything, including your account

Email syndicatefinancialsvs@gmail.com from the address you use with 3rd Hand, with the subject “Delete my data”. We delete your account and all data connected to it within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done. If you write from a different address, we will ask you to confirm it is you first.
